Masterminded by Bode Merrill and competed in by the best boarders at Hood, the 2013 Bode Merrill Mini Pipe Invitational at High Cascade was one for the record books. Summer may have just started, but it’s being heralded as the summer’s best event, which is sort of like when they call a movie the year’s best movie in January.
